With TechCrunch Disrupt happening last month, I fell behind on enjoying accelerator demonstration days. It’s time to fix that oversight.

In August and September, the Techstars network of startup accelerators held demonstration days for numerous classes of startups, organized by either geographic area or focus. Kansas City, for example, or space.

With October upon us, there’s another crop of Techstars demonstration days around the corner. To prevent falling even more behind, let’s have a look at a few startups from Techstars’ September accomplices (and 2 from August) today to get primed for what the accelerator collective and endeavor fund will get up to next.

To discover 6 favorites to share today, I dug through start-ups from Techstars ‘Kansas City accelerator (full class here ), its SportsTech Melbourne accelerator (complete class here), its Toronto mate (full class here), and its Tel Aviv location (full class here). Before we jump in, this month Techstars has cohorts graduating from another five accelerators, consisting of groups from LA, NYC, Atlanta and more. There will be no scarcity of startups to look at in short order. With that, let’s enter into some favorites from the past groups.

Standouts and favorites

We’ll begin with the Kansas City accelerator. Kansas City, where my parents are from, by the way, is a locale best understood for its cooking magic and musical history, not to point out a popular sports team or 2. I was pleasantly amazed to discover that Techstars also had a foothold in the city.
