With $55M third fund, Scout Ventures is moneying veterans ready to take on the hardest technical difficulties

Scout is a conventional seed stage fund, and Harrison said that the firm targets roughy an offer per month, with a common check between $500,000 and $1 million targeting 10% ownership.
