Telehealth startup Hims fell in its public trading debut– and that’s great with its CEO

TC: Hims simply went public through a SPAC in an offer that provides the business around $280 million in cash– $205 million of that from Oaktree’s blank-check business and another $75 million through a personal positioning offer.
