By tuning into the feelings of other people, to the inadequacies of our world, we can produce opportunities that cultivate multi-faceted solutions and cooperations that far surpass the hyper-focused growth strategies that result in dull services and group burnout. Our actions are no longer just a method to a bottom line, however instead end up being a dialogue of outreach, understanding and change. Success is not a lot specified as a just series of numbers as it is by the cultural shift and betterment of society. And therein lies the problem. He adds, “The individuals care about people while the corporation and the companies do not.”

Businesses obsess over numbers while disregarding the people who represent those numbers. “Representation is just to be admitted on platforms that weren’t developed for us to start with,” says Sandu, who at 23, is the founder of ethosDNA.”I’m fighting for an opinion, I’m defending me to be thought about on something that technically does not need to be inclusive of me to start with.” Now, more than ever, the disconnect is glaring.
