The idea for the business derived from their shared passion for travel, art, fashion, and their desire to assist bring economic and social modification to the lives of the females producing gorgeous works.
“When Lauren and I fulfilled, she had so much experience in the style area and my background was in the non-profit area,” explains Hannah. “And so we had really complementary capability that didn’t overlap and it produced a truly excellent partnership.”
Lauren says that the greatest piece of guidance she and Hannah give to people who wish to start a service with a pal is the value of openness. “From day one, we were very clear with each other about the functions we wanted to play, where we felt we would be most practical and what we believed the work would be.”
Lauren and Hannah agree that being sincere and open set them off on a good course, and always advise that pals who are seeking to enter into organization together take a similar technique. This not only assists avoid unneeded conflicts but assists divide and conquer the huge jobs that deal with all start-ups aiming to make an effect.
